Since Vault and viewneo are made by the same company, the integration is particularly seamless: prepared content is automatically passed as playlist elements — without manual intervention. However, Vault works with any digital signage system via the HTML5 standard.

Automatic routing
contboxx Atlas automatically routes tasks to the right model: routine operations like summaries and tagging to the fast Haiku tier, complex analyses like compliance checks and translations to the high-quality Sonnet tier. If the Sonnet tier fails, Atlas automatically falls back to the Haiku tier — limited but functional.

The local AI cluster integrates into contboxx Atlas via a standardised OpenAI-compatible REST API. No code changes to the Atlas application logic are needed — only reconfiguring the AI provider endpoint from the cloud to the local cluster address.
